I dont know what to do!!

I just looked in Random profiles, I seen many profiles, of the Feed List hashtag (owner of creatures there) and i just noticed a strange post on 27th august, but i was not able to come till now, I just come once in 5 days or so, this time, i decided to ask the public about this.
i was redirected by the owner of villa named perplexity or whatever to the profile more when i seen this, and the profile of real. what should i do?
