Forum index, Eggcave contests

I think in the forum index we should add Egg contests section. I think this because some people look at the livepulse for when ever a contest appears and most contests they find are a day old so they'll be behind if they join. Also if this was made it would organize the forum better while making searching for contests easier.

Sorry if someone else already made this.
