Evolution time and stuff

"EVOLUTION TIME - Creature evolutions now occur at 4:00 am ECT instead of between 3:00-3: 30 am ECT."

Ofc nothing happened when I look at creatures that should evolve by notifications...is that normal?

*I hard refreshed and all in case somebody would suggest that

are your creatures evolved? It usually happens after 4 am 😊 so they should be evolved now
you get notification sooner then it happens

Before change, notifications and evolutions happaned at the same time. I am just wondering if it is normal for notification to happen 20 minutes before they happen.

It happened yesterday and today to me. so I guess it is. there's probably too many creatures and they had too many problems 😉

That happened to me and I wondered about it *points at status*. Yesterday:
Your creature PinkEw has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature PinkReal has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature PinkAnother has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature Vaylantina has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature BeatleShell has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature SkyPiz has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature Satisephi has evolved! 3: 39 am

Today:
Your creature KryFish has evolved! 3: 39 am
Your creature CryingStars has evolved! 3: 39 am

Note that all of them are at 3: 39 am instead of 4:00 am. I'm going to check my older notifications before they changed it to 4:00 and see if it's a bug/glitch or not.

September 10:

September 9:

Evolutions used to happen around 3:20 meaning notification was followed by a creature change. Now you get notification 20 minutes ahead of creature change.

When they changed to 4:00, notifications should happen around 4:00, 20 minutes ahead is not around, in any part of the planet as far as I know.
