I hate it when I try to think about my future. Cause then I want to hurry up my life to get there. My life now is boring as it is. The last time I had my friends over. We were talking about our lives after high school. What college we're going to, what will out job be, husband and kids. And since then, I can't stop wondering. Wondering what will I be? Cause I have no freaking idea, and all my friends know already. The only thing I know is that I'm going to college. I told my friend I probably won't get married. But she looked at me crazy and told me I would and have kids. But nobody likes me (not that I know of), and I was baffled at what she said.

I hate thinking about the future. It makes me want to just hurry up and get there. But I'm stuck here.

Same here. Especially since the future does not hold this dreadful chemistry course...hopefully.

@whispers Our minds are very special.

So developed. But at the same time not. One with a Child Like mind can't wrap their minds around future. It can almost seem as it will never come. Just because noone "Likes" you know doesn't effect your chances of getting married 15 years later. You see, this formula explains it:
2x - T
T is the Current time. X is the Current day. That means that almost any possible variation of outcomes can be possible within a set amount of time. The Future is good, but focus on the present. The future will come when it's ready. It's your job to be ready when it's ready.

Yeah...chemistry is one of the last GenEd prerequisites I need. Then I am a sophomore. Unfortunately, I am absolutely terrible at this. If you're good at math, then it might not be as bad. But I am horrible at math, always have been, so that just makes it 10x worse for me.

@whispers Since you're in high school, you don't have to have made up your mind about your job and future just yet. I don't think most people in high school have any idea, I don't either. And even if your friends seem to have decided, many people change their mind as they get older. You shouldn't worry about it too much.

@goku Would you mind explaining the equation? I was just reading through and it doesn't make any sense. Where does the 2 come from? Just seems kind of random o-o

I'm in my last year of middle school, so close enough to high school. I guess you're right. But I just can't help from wondering.

@metaphor
What type of math do you have in there? o..o Cause I'm see which math classes I can take in high school because I've already got 2 math credits for high school in 8th grade 😋

*headdesk* Just because nobody likes you in middle school doesn't mean you're not going to get a husband xD

@whispers

Well, a lot of it has really weird formulas. Right now, though, it seems to be mostly algebra, but it looks as though there is some geometry to come.

Sometimes, I think I'd trade anything to be good at math. It would really come in handy, especially since I'm a science major.😋

I used to do that too. (I still do it now sometimes). But, honestly, I wish that I could live my life over again and not worry about stuff like that. I never realised when I was a kid just how trivial my problems were. I'd like to have that again.

@sunshinecat The "2" represents Twice The Current Day and Time.

Like....
2x - T
2 times 17 times 12:45 but 1,245.

So that means, by that date, almost Everything COULD have happened😊 The 2 is like a measurement.

Lol my Random Formulas~

@goku

I'm confused as to how 2x - T is a formula, what does it help calculate exactly?

"The "2" represents Twice The Current Day and Time."

Why do you multiply the current day and time by 2?

"The 2 is like a measurement."
A measurement of what?

From what I'm seeing you're saying that the product of 2 x 17 x 1245 is the number of things that could have happened by that time...
2 x 17 x 1245 = 42330

I am pretty sure there are way more possibilities of things happening than just 42330...

Oh my gosh, every time I think about the future it's like my BFF knows what I'm thinking if she's across town. O.O

Well, we'll all get there when we get there. xD
Don't worry so much about your later life, otherwise you'll never get there if you're dreaming about it ^^

Work hard~
