feeding List? How?

I see many people having feeding list on their profile and i tried making one (with my 3 eggs) but i didn't know how to make the links
I need help.

And then continue, perhaps the next one looks like

[e=CREATURE#]Next[/e]

The creature # is the number in their URL.
But make sure theres no spaces or punctuation in the link. 😊
