Halloween creature idea: the Ebon

Note: The last stage is not supposed to be so huge in comparison with the other stages, it just ended up that way when I made it
Also, I don't particularly like the last stage very much, I didn't do it very well xP

About Ebon Eggs:
Awww, this egg is an adorable pink, and it's so furry, fuzzy, fluffy, and soft... But what's this? There's a necklace or something around the egg - what's it made of? Is that a skull? The chain around the egg is made of - bones? Suddenly, somehow, the pink, fluffy egg doesn't seem so cute anymore...

More About the Ebon:
An Ebon is pink, cute, cuddly, fluffy...Why, then, do so many Arkians suffer from ebophobia? The answer lies in a strange and gruesome Eboni custom:
Eboni wear skeletons - no matter what species the bones come from, an Ebon will find a way to use them. Eboni place skulls over their young for protection; they make rings of bone to put on their tails. The bones serve as armor as well as clothing.
Of all, the most gruesome is their bone mail, made from finger bones. Upon reaching maturity, an Ebon will receive a bone-mail helm. They then begin collecting bones for their own sets. Eboni usually scavenge for bones, often digging up graves to do so, but are not above...creating...skeletons themselves.
