I'd say that the Encalop is feline. The Oscoa is more like an otter than anything.

It might be just me but the first stage Oscoa kinda looks like a lion cub.

Oscoa 1st stage is like a lion cub, or tiger cub 8D

While, the encalop is furry, and cat-like 😊
