can I consider terrons one of LE s ?

No. Although they are worth the same as some LE's.
LE stands for Limited Edition, meaning you can't get it and it was only out for an event. You can obtain Terrons from the Cave and can get it, however stealing a Mo or Terron from the cave is difficult.
