Ive done silly things like that... stretch out the ballon and rub butter on your toe... then try to pull it

@cqpkytty Are you talking about the part after you tie a balloon, where the air originally comes in? If so, pulling it off isn't the best solution, I recommend rolling it off. Start at the end of the balloon on your toe and use your thumbs to roll it up.

No, it isn't, and it's tight enough so it WON'T COME OFF but not tight enough to hurt. 😋
