The Ninja Mods In Stable HHC> Both Public and Private RP

This RP is based off a club. If any of you remember #CTC, it's the same.
Moderators of #HHorsesC can join without asking. The rest of you have to join the club and apply for the job. So... shall we get started on what is happening? Yes.
All four mods received a letter in their mail one morning while eating breakfast (Frosted Flakes, if you're asking). The front of the letter said,"

Stadel HCH
Tup Secery

Modo Hos
Ark Forums
General Discussion"

It was obviously in code. Luckily, all the mods were VERY good at talking in code and figured out it meant,"
Stable Horses
Top Secret," and,"
Mod Of Horses and Horsca Club"
The inside contained a letter which contained... nothing? They checked inside the envelopes, turning them upside down and a... card fell out. The card was each would-be-ninja's ID Card.
