Why did my interest rate change?

My interest rate was at I think 8% yesterday, and now it's at 6%. WHY? Do you not want us to get a ton of EC from interest?

@cricket Oh wow, I never noticed that. Mine's been 7% for months, I figured it was just permanent. Perhaps it changes over time? D:

OH MAH GLOB! I noticed that to now it's 6%! I remember it was like 7% last week! 😱
