All Hallow's Eve Is A Time For Friends

I never Trick-or-Treated and got the point of Halloween until I was 5. My Best Friend who lived in the apartment building next to me Trick-or-Treated all the time. She invited me and my mom got me a costume. I was Snow White. I was her for 2 years (5 and 6). I then got another one when I was 7. Of course, our landlord forced us to move and I never saw her again after that. I still remember that night of Trick-Or-Treating. Moving on, I was Ragidian when I was 7... 8 and 9... Not 9. I had a bad fever/cold for two months and missed Halloween. This year, I'm going to be a Hogwarts Witch. The store didn't carry Harry Potter robes (stupid Chicago). I got a normal witch costume and bought a hat and wand.
It was called All Hollow's Eve at first. The event was to scare away evil spirits. We dress like monsters (sometimes). They made carvings on pumpkins and placed candles inside which is how the idea of Jack-o-Lanterns came from. They then placed the pumpkins in a circle around their village at night time and it guaranteed that no wicked spirit would come to their home for the rest of the year.

@hedwig68 Ooh! I spent $40 on my Halloween costume this year. Last year's (XD Not last year, the years before last) costume costed only $20. So... why are you new to Halloween?

Villigar: I hope the spirits won't come after the ceremony. Hm... Oh no! Where's my pumpkin? *face slaps* I forgot to it in the forest this morning while gathering berries! I need to get it now! *Runs into the forest*
You: Hm... *checking time on watch* This isn't 2012.
Villiagar: *Runs into you* Ah!
You: Whoa! Whoa! Chill dude!
Villiagar: Who are you?!
You: Name's Kitteh.
Villiagar *Eyes widen* Ah! Evil spirit! Help!
You: Dude! -_-
Villigar: *Sees her pumpkin on the floor a few feet away* *Dives for it*
You: Awesome! Can you teach me how to do that! (Babbles on about a swim team)
Villiagar: *Throws the pumpkin at Cat*
You: (In the middle of talking about how mean the coach is and how he makes you do 20 laps a day) *Pumpkin hits you in the head* Whoa! Dude! -_-
Villiagar: EVIL SPIRIT! *Villiagars come out from bushes with Jack-o-Lanterns in their hands*
You: Not again! *Realizes the pumpkins how candles in them* Ah! *Runs away*
Villigar: Kill it! *Someone throws their Pumpkin and hits you costume. It catches flames*
