I was thinking maybe 10 or 20 cc for everybody who participated, then the 1st place winner gets all the rest (which would still be a lot)

I, personally, would prefer something like EC as a runner up prize. Most people can't do anything with an amount like 20 CC. On top of that, the second place prize is only 70k EC, and since 20 CC = 200,000 EC, it isn't in the second place person's favor if they only get 70k EC and everyone else gets 20 CC. Maybe something like 15k EC would be good for a participation prize 😊
