@ems Josh~ Josh nodded, though he still didn't quite understand. Suddenly ash billowed right in his face. "Ack!" He coughed. When it had cleared, he saw something at the edge of the unburned woods. He pointed "you mean that unicorn?"

@ems He heard it, and it sounded angry. He cautiously drew his bow and followed. He knew from experience that when creatures get angry, they attack stuff.

@albori_piscina28~Storm walked up to the screaming fairy, looking serene. Unarmed and calm, Storm hoped that the fairy wouldn't attack."Did you do it?" Annabeth snarled, turning on the elves, "Did you ugly elves do this?""No... a dragon did. But he's long gone now." Storm said quietly hoping to calm the small critter.Annabeth only glared, "Uh-huh. And I'm happy that the forest's gone." Rolling her eyes irritably, she continued, "All I want to know is who did it." her dark hair curled by her face, almost hiding it from view. But a cold glare was still visable behind the curly brown mass.

@ems Josh frowned. "Ugly?" He had bad memories with fairies and wouldn't tolerate being insulted by one. "At least I'm not a stuck-up blue ladybug" he snapped.

@albori_piscina28~"Josh..." Storm warned, but it was too late. The fairy's face contorted with pent-up anger."I. Am. Not. A. LADYBUG!!" Annabeth shrieked, and she snapped her fingers. Josh was lifted up into the air as the small fairy tapped her chin."What to do...." she smiled, but it was evil and dark. "Boil you?" Snapping her fingers, Annabeth created a large pot of boiling water. Her brow furrowed as it dissapeared. "Feed you to snakes?" A pile of snakes appeared under Josh, looking hungry. "Or boil you in a pot of snakes?" laughing, Annabeth twirled her finger, spinning Josh."Oh you fooliosh elves. No magic to protect you? So you insult a fairy. Tsk, tsk. Child, you have no idea what you've done." Annabeth smiled rather coldly, her eyes flashing a harsh silver as her features became sharp and ungly. Her nose pointed, and her fingernails sharpened like knives."Please... He doesn't know what he's doing!" Storm pleaded, watching the angry fairy in fear."Doesn't know?" Annabath laughed, "Oh you elves really have a great sense of humor. His idiocey should concern me why?""Because he didn't mean it!" Storm spluttered, already knowing that she would lose the argument."He meant it!" Annabeth scoffed, "I see it in his eyes."

@ems "Oh yes i ment it!" Josh shouted and drew his bow. He shot an arrow that wizzed down and landed directly under the fairy. There was a rumble as the arrow sank into the ground. "this bow was made by VERY skilled tree nymphs. Anything shot from it absorbs power around it and unleashes it again only 10 times stronger!" josh said, and the ground rumbled again. Ella felt the earth suddenly shake. "impossible. That's...." she said, and took off running into the unburned forest.

@albori_piscina28"STOP!" Storm begged, and pleaded with the fairy. "Please, I think he was offended when you called us ugly, please, please let him go!""Alright!" Annabeth said, looking exasperated, "But, I'll be taking that--" she snapped her fingers, and the bow shrunk and fell into her hands. "--and, if he insults me again, I'm afraid I can't let it go." Annabeth locked eyes with Josh, and her hard features slowly slipped away to reveal an adorable face covered in freckles. She clapped her hands together, and released Josh, smiling as he fell."You should really thank your elf friend over there. You might've been dead without her." Annabeth said, and she brightened, "Alrighty, since now it's clear you guys didn't burn the forest, I'll offer you my friendship. If you'll accept. I shouldn't have acted so nasty, but--" Annabeth stared at Josh, "--you DID call me a ladybug. A blue one, of all things! But, that aside, you two seem like decent elves." Annabeth smiled again."Well, I accept your friendship. Friends are better than enimies." Storm replied, her voice a bit shaky.

"give me my bow back or you and everything in a five mile raidius is going to regret it" josh said now his voice was hinted with fear.Ella came to a small clearing where two elves and a fairy were talking. One of the elves looked angry and terrified at the same time. "Oh no . . . What did you do!?" ella cried, looking at the ground where the arrow had sunk.Everything was still, like the entire forest was holding its breath. Then all (you know what) broke loose. The ground exploded where the arrow had sunk. Literally EXPLODED. A tree trunk thicker than a dragon's tail shot out of the ground. Roots grew and slithered like giant hungry serpents, strangling and knocking down trees around it. Josh leaped at a branch as it sprouted off the trunk, then held on for dear life. Ella was caught up in the roots, but she easily slipped away. When the dust had cleared, the biggest sycamore tree on the planet stood. But everything around it was reduced to waste.

@albori_piscina28~"NO!" Annabeth cried, and flung the bow back at Josh as hard as she could. "This bow is CURSED! You FOOL! If you knew what this would do, then why would you do it? We could've replanted this place, but NO. You had to desroy it even MORE!"Storm's eyes filled with tears. She was so confused now. Nothing seemed to make sense. Even the little apple tree was gone. It was sacred, considering a unicorn had brought it to be with a tear. Storm buried her face in her hands and plopped to the ground, not knowing who to be angry with. Her body shook with sobs now, as she wondered what could have possibly changed everything so quickly.Annabeth was shaking with either fear, anger or sadness, or even confusion. But not even she could tell. "You. You have so much explaining to do, it's not even funny." she said quietly, locking eyes with Josh.

@emsScarr flew over the scene, casting a shadow. "How interesting, those 'elves' and 'nymphs'. How, how interesting," she thought. As one of the Queens of the Night, she was skilled at Dark Magic and longbowmanship. She circled, watching the scene curiously, watching to see what happened next.

@ems @rushingwater Josh looked down from his branch. He flinched and almost fell when he saw how high up he was. Suddenly his bow smacked him in the face and his fingers slipped. He flailed his hands out but only felt open air. 'Well this is it' he thought, waiting to hit the ground and end his life.Ella sat on one of the roots, her eyes filled with tears. But they were tears of both sadness and joy. This tree had destroyed so much, but it also created so much. It was both a curse and a blessing.

@albori_piscina28~Annabeth watched, feeling helpless as the boy fell."You're not dying on me." Storm growled through her tears, catching Jodh by his collar. She dropped him on the ground, lauhing wetly. "Just like before," she smiled, wiping her face.

@ems Josh just stood there. His legs felt like jelly. He turned and saw a nymph crying and sitting on one of the roots. Then he saw Storm's smile. He felt warm again, but the feeling was blown away when something occurred to him. "The village! What if the roots made it all the way to the village!?"

@albori_piscina28~"No..." Storm whispered, still carrying Josh. "No..." She ran to the woods, calling for the elves and whisltling for Fae. Without stopping, Storm gracefully leaped onto the mare, pulling Josh on behind her, and spurred her into the forest, still shouting.Annabeth saw the nymph crying. "Hey, we can still fix this." she said quietly, flitting over.

@ems @albori_piscina28Scarr followed, flapping her mighty wings. The tree line blocked all vision of them, but her keen sense of smell kept her going. Her shadow accidently fell on Storm, Josh, Fae and Annabeth....

@rushingwater @albori_piscina28~A shadow passed over Storm as Fae cantered towards the elven village. She angrily brushed her tears away, reaching back to Josh. Looking over her shoulder and squeezed his hand.Storm saw the shadow, and saw large creature fly over head. Storm took no notice of it as she continued on her way, not letting go of Josh's hand.

@ems @albori_piscina28Scarr whispered, "oops." She said it a little loudly for a whisper, though, and unluckily the forest echoed. She formed a black meteorite in her foot, ready to attack with her acute skills of Dark Magic if needed. She flew overhead, still following confidently.

@rushingwater~"What do you want?" Storm called tiredly, tears streaming down her face as she thought of what would happen if the roots reached her village. And the reality was, it'd be pretty bleak. Storm imagened her house, shattered and in ruins. She let out a small cry.

@ems @rushingwater Josh watched the forest as they rode by. Even here trees were strangled and fallen. Some of the roots were still growing, quietly and slowly snaking through the grass. This was all his fault.Ella looked up. "What do you mean?" She was smiling.@cynder5 Glith looked at Tusami. "Sooo... What should we do with this trespasser? Throw her in the dungeon? Death?""Let her go!" Ga'Luna piped up.Tela glared at her daughter, but the guards moved aside so Tusami could leave when they heard Ga'Luna's command.

@rushingwater@albori_piscina28~"I need no help. I have Fae and Josh. They are all I need." Storm said, locking eyes with the dragon. "When everything you cherish is gone, sometimes all you need are your friends and family." Fae stopped abruptly in the village. Storm gasped.The entire place was in ruins, and there was not a soul to be found. Storm hopped off of Fae, holding a hand to her mouth.There was her house, next door to Mrs. Fanny's. But large roots thicker than Fae had wrapped around it, crushing it. One window was left alone, and still looked into the home. Storm sprinted over her green eyes spilling over with tears.Looking in, she saw her favorite, large, cushioned navy blue chair, right next to the fireplace. But the scene was twisted, ripped and crushed, just like Storm's heart.Turning around, Storm leaned against the wall of her house, slowly sinking to the ground in a mashed up pile of hollow feelings and grief. Her home, her village, was gone. The place where she grew up, went to school. It was utterly destroyed. Fae trotted slowly over, carrying Josh and leaning her head down to Storm. Still crying, Storm numbly petted the mare.~"I mean that this is fixable..." Annabeth said, taken back by the nymph's response.

You need to accept things, so you should accept my offer, young nymph. Rethink your words," Scarr madly flew away.
