@ancient_moonbeam @jemmie As soon as Skink heard that, she was upset. Irked! "Listen here, Moonbeam. This is NOT what one would consider, "fun". We need to bond and connect with Panzinki. She can't trust us. She thinks, that everything we do....Is plotting evil against her. Making a trap, is a simple conversation. Come on, lets talk to her."

Moonbeam looked aghast, "I'm sorry for that, I thought it was her idea." He looked toward Panzinki, "Whatever you're most comfortable with really, but my curiosity has been piqued."

Panzinki took a deep breath. If she was bolder and braver, she at least had to tell the story about her childhood.

"When I was young, my mom was nursing me, and my dad was fishing. A few days later, mom told me my dad had to go travel someplace, not around here. I was young, and was pretty dumb, so I didn't think much. I never expected anything bad to happen, only that Dad would be getting presents for me and my sister.
"Well, a year or two passed. Dad didn't come back. Mom was getting worried, and my little sister, Shine, was too. One day, I was fishing while Mom took care of Shine. An hour later when I came back, Mom and Shine were gone. A note was there, saying they were looking for Dad.
"They j-just..."Panzinki fumbled with her words, feeling tears choke up her throat.

Skink looked into Panzinkis eyes. "Its okay. I understand. You don't have to tell me anymore. I.....I know just how you feel." Skink knew she had to reveal her past. "When I was young, about a day out of my egg, my mother and father were gone. I found some words scratched on the tree bark. It read: "Don't come looking for us. Don't bother. You'll never find us, and if you do, we'll just leave to somewhere else." I was then forced to belive my parents abandoned me. That's how I got to be so burly, and strong. I had to fend for myself. I grew up fighting honeybadgers and sometimes even wild dogs or boars for my food. I had to hunt, too. I never had help with anything. That's why I'm good at surviving, and why I can probably beat Moonbeam in a battle." Skinks eyes filled with tears, though she was glad and proud to be the strongest and first dragon in The Hills.

After my parents had past I didn't think much of leaving my old home, so I came here. I fought a bit, studied a bit. Well, I studied more than a bit, I'm one of the most intelligent dragons here. I truly am sorry for your loss, both of you."

What is...." she ran over to a tree, and scratched some numbers in the bark. They read: "6 divided by 2 (3 plus 2) Skink smiled. "What is that? If you get stumped, just ask me." She winked. Sometimes she liked to be a bit of a show off.....

Skink walked over to the tree. "Six divided by two, then," She pointed to the tree where it read: (3 plus 2) "Can you figure that out?"

Panzinki did some math. "Are they separate problem? Then, why do you have the parenthesis? Is it supposed to be:
6 divided by 2+(3+2)?" She was confused.

Skink pranced over to Panzinki. "Well, all you have to do is, first you must add the two numbers, 1+2. you have 3. If you wanted it simple, it would look like this." she went to scratch a tree. She wrote: "(1+1+1+1+1+1+1 (over) 1) ((1 (over) 1))" She then turned back to Panzinki and Moonbeam. "It will always turn out to nine."

@jemmie Skink put out her claws, and dug into the rock hard walls. She uncovered.....Crystals? They shone so bright, and lit up the entire hall. "You.....Did you know about these? Don't worry, I'm not mad at you......This may be Flannigen's secret! There was this legend, that an old dragon, named Flannigen, had a crystal farm somewhere in The Hills. This could be the secret!" Skinks eyes widened.

"It may very well be Flannigen's secret, then again it may just be a small crystal vein. Panziki, do you know how far this vein goes? Have you come across any other crystals nearby?" Moonbeam asked anxiously, this could be a great historical discovery.

@ancient_moonbeam @jemmie Skink knew what was coming...She backed out of the cave, and juped off the ledge. Riches and glory meant nothing to her. She glided down to the river, and got a drink of the fresh, cool water. "I'm glad this place is so large...I can get away from it all." She glided to her cave, and settled down. @liza200aa Little did she know, Liza was leaning against the wall. "Hi.....When did you get here?" Skink was puzzled.

@liza200aa "Hiding away. Moonbeam's in Panzinkis cave. I dug up a secret, and I knew it was the Flannigen. But MOONBEAM thinks he can take all the credit, by saying, "Oh, I found Flannigens secret!" Skink was upset. "I don't want fortune, but I DO want credit. Moonbeam thinks he can take it all for himself."
