What Was YOUR First Adopted Egg?

Here's my story
I JUST adopted a Tasma. I really have to thank this laptop. XD Yeah. I was logging off. Everytime you do, the page shows up and I just browsed thorugh what newbies to the site see before they can register and I saw the adopting part. After I got on a computer, I logged on and went a beeline toward the adoption center and VOILA! There was actully three, something, The Tasma, A Shrew...
I'll post who I adopted later. The name is YouKnow (<---gotta link that later).
Anyone adopt? If so, what made you go to the AC in the first place?
