1. What has four legs, two legs, and then 3 legs?

2. a man was found in his house with a gun and a tape recorder. he was lying dead in a chair witht he gun is his hand. when the police arrived, they played the tape. "i guess this is it, my life is over" they heard, and then they heard a gunshot. when the detective arrived, how did he instantly know that the man had been murdered, and had not commited suicide?

3. there is four houses; white, green, blue, yellow. the yellow house has yellow bricks, the blue house has blue bricks, the white house has white bricks... what color bricks does the green house have?

4.What always runs but never walks, often murmurs, never talks, has a bed but never sleeps, has a mouth but never eats?

5.Until I am measured
I am not known,
Yet how you miss me
When I have flown. What am i?

@hayz no, i reworded them, i got the ideas from others, but kindof rewrote them all
