YES! A Leyma is retired and DESIRED, while a Scarrow you can still get and isn't AS wanted.

@lucky_cricket Erm... xD I am NOT the best with values, but I dunno... I think yours is an overoffer. Leymas weren't a Cash Shop creature, whereas Scarrows are. >.> And a retired travel makes it even more of an over-offer. Don't trust me though. o-o Ask @iceyfira or @vix. xD

Of course, it still depends on how much you want the creature. 😊
