Not that anyone knows yet, but what is the estimated worth of a pangolin?

They aren't worth that much right now, but they are in higher demand because they're new. In a few weeks, they'll be around the rarity of any other common egg. But for now, you can probably trade one for a Kujak. 😊

I would accept the Mo. They aren't super rare, but Wyrnels are very common. A Mo can get you a fairly good LE, like a Drem.

theyre commons, but since theyre new, you could get a decent "not so common" common creature for them (something with <140, >90 rarity

and you should definitely get the mo. wynerls are very common

They are a new common so I wouldn't trade lots. Though since they are new people want them. Just give it a few days and you will either get one from the cave yourself or trade for one easily.
