What are the 5 rarest creatures?

Hi, I have been wondering what are the rarest creatures so far. I know the Macbot and Doovoo are the rarest, but what are the others?

If you mean rarest as in least common in Egg Cave...

Actually, if you take a look in the Archives, the Onny & Nym aren't all that low. They're just highly sought after.

The Vampyr is at a 5 & the Onny is at an 8 and the Nym is at a much higher 18 :]
