EC to CC...?

I know people somehow trade in their EC for CC and that 1 million EC is equal to 100 CC. I currently have a million I want to trade in for EC, but how does one do that?

You can't really 'covert' one to the other, the only way to get it is to find some user willing to trade and the rates vary by user...
