"I've just been thinking. I want to be The god of... completely randomness!!!!!!!!! waits for dramatic affect. "No duh, of course god of the sea!!!! What did you think I would be? By the way, as my first act as a god, I think I'm going to make some life of my own."
He made a moon circling his gas giant that was completely made of oceans, and had a thick layer of ice covering it for protection of the creatures underneath, which were fish of all proportions imaginable.

"Oooo, cool!" Lique grinned. "I hope you don't mind...?" She added forests of aquatic, almost kelp-like plants to the seafloor.

"Interesting, food AND scenery. Two in one!" Doso said, adding some interesting shark-like creatures that had glowing spots like an angler fish near their mouths, except in the shape of a small fish. "these will also be useful, and keep the world from overpopulation. " Then he created structures like coral reefs, except able to survive in very cold places, and could emit light, to light the place up, but he left some parts dark so creatures could hide. "Finished!" he exclaimed.

"Awesome!" Lique thought for a moment.
"Hmm...Now that we're gods, we shouldn't just look like normal creatures. And if we can create life, I'm sure we can change our appearances..." She thought about what she wanted to look like.
