@neko-chan an A neckline is a neckline that goes straight across the middle of your chest. It should end just below the knees and be sparkly.

A one sleeve, with glittery pink. A darker/lighter pink satin ribbon around the waist.

Match that up with side swept, curled hair, pink eyeshadow, nude colored lipstick, and some cute shoes. Ready to go!
