Travel agency for travels (backgrounds for your creature. Which are bought for with EC, egg coins. Which are gained by feeding creatures on the site)
And the Cash Shop Park for exclusive creatures, freezes, gender changes. (All of which cost real money)

Yes, there's stores! There's the travel agency where you can get travels(backgrounds) for creatures or there's the Cash Shop Park where can buy monthly creatures and potions.

However the Travel Agency uses EC (egg coins) which are free and the Cash Shop Park uses real money instead of the free currency.

Tims food shop thingy, where it costs 75EC, but it feeds the selected number of eggs or creatures. 100% happiness!

Also,
The Adoption Center: It takes 4,500 EC to abandon a creature, but free to adopt one.

Cave: Not a store, but you can get free eggs. (Limit of creatures: 300)

I wish there are user stores in our coves so that we can sell our travels or unwanted eggs 😋
