I've tried registering but it says I'm under 13. I AM NOT UNDER 13! I will be FOURTEEN in June! And even when I did 1998 instead of 1999 (in which case I would be going on fifteen) it still said I was under 13! What the heck?! >.<

Probably because the server is messed up at the moment. And there is this part where you have to explain why you want to join, that part is probably messed up as well.
