Can we use side account name changes?

Im not really sure, a few people said we can use them but they werent sure either. Can we?

I sent in a ticket about this a little while ago, and paraphrasing the response, it's fine to use name changes on sides, however, it shouldn't be abused.

If people are occasionally using name changes on sides, then it isn't considered to be a "game breaking" action, but if people are making sides for extra name changes, then that's taking it a bit too far. The basic idea: If you need an emergency name change, go ahead and use a storage for it, but those extra name changes shouldn't be used for profit.
