Snipits of my animation

So I'm attempting to create an animation based off of Pokemon mystery dungeon but with quite a twist. Instead of the normal pokemon world in which you know this is a bit of a violent time for the pokemon who live. Basicly the town in which the story takes place is under a depression and is a basicly rules by Houndoom the all hated ruler. The pokemon who train in his dojo are tourchured and no one really knows it.

The following pictures are from the dream the main character has which was a flash back of her tourchered past and an unexpected visitor who she doesn't know.

Ya, I guess eevee could use more orange on her for the flames, It just doesn't seem to be working, GIMP is having trouble filtering things and making things blury and rigid as deminstrated in the one with Celebi.
