@cynder5 Is it new to its habitat? and what are you feeding it? it might not like the selected food type. and is it alone? or does it have tank-mates? and also, if it is a male, they usually dont eat often. females eat aggressively, because they produce eggs. If it IS a male, that is probably the case. 😸

@solaris Well, here are some care needs. 😃
Do you have Betta Water conditioner? Bettas need special water to live in. I have a small bottle, about two inches tall, and you put a capfull in the water. And also, what kind of food will you feed? They can eat fish flakes, but they need to be specially formulated for bettas. and the best kind of food is a type that has bloodworm in it. Bettas love them, and they are very nutritious for them. and also, they need a tank (or bowl) about 6 or 7 inches wide, and 6 or 7 inches tall. 😸 Usually, its best to clean the water once a week. If you are thinking of getting more than one, or raising, you will need a 7 or 8 inch tall and wide, (usually, maybe more) and lots of plants if you will raise. (Im not sure if youre thinking of raising though 😋) thats all I can think of, if you need more you can google it. 😊 😉
