Wickedness Incarnate (literate horror RP)

Many say they don't believe in demons, including demons themselves. Demons are the ones who spread around the rumor that they weren't real, through possession. The world of Aargustol has been run amok by these horrid beings, among others. A dark sorcerer named Zergul opened a tiny portal in the far, uninhabited east part of Aargustol. The portal led to the Netherdoom, a realm of unspeakable evil. He was possessed by the biggest entity that could fit through the available portal, other small entities fled into the bodies of the rabbits, wolves, and birds around them. Wraiths, werewolves, vampires, poltergeists, djinn, and of course demons roam through the Netherdoom. The small demons that were freed were able to perform incantations to make the portal wider, undisturbed in the uninhabited place where it lay. Eventually it was big enough to let through the other horrible creatures that lye within. The folk of Aargustol began to fall ill and die as the evil spread. Wizards began to sense the disturbance, they called upon the other willing inhabitants of Aargustol to aid them in returning the evil creatures to their place in Netherdoom. Shapeshifters, gryphons, dragons, humans, wizards, and all sorts of other creatures came to aid, unfortunately not enough. The head demon, Tzbokarzuul caught on to the forming legion and rained his wrath upon them, few survived. You are either a survivor, doing your best to restore Aargustol, or one of the evil creatures that came from the Netherdoom.

@mercury I just need to make one or two more informational post, then the form will come out.

Here are the available creatures with descriptions. Not releasing too many to prevent cluttering.

Demon - Only of the most mischievous and Obnoxious type of creature from the Netherdoom. There have been old tales of demons turning good, although very rarely. Most well known by their cruel possessions. These creatures can not pass over running water, or enter a church. Unless of course someone carries them through, unaware 😈

Werewolf - These creatures used to wreak havoc in Aargustol until the great wizards passed about a spell that whoever turns into one will be sent into the Neverdoom. Very unfortunate for those who drink water from a wolf's pawfrint or eat wolf meat seasoned with wolfs bane. These creatures are power houses and a force to be reckoned with.

Vampire - Creatures of the night who feed upon the blood of the living. Many were contained in the Netherdoom, however there were few nice ones who were allowed to stay in Aargustol. Very quick and merciless, favored by Tzbokarzuul as assassains second to his fellow demons.

Wizard/Witch - A man/woman with immense power, able to learn and do magic, whether they be evil or not. Usually able to live much longer than other mortals and very tricky.

Necromancer - Someone with the dangerous power to raise the dead to do his bidding. Very dangerous people who are usually reclusive. Some have been so evil that they were sentenced to life in the Netherdoom.

Wraith - A creature with the power to induce numbing fear into its victim. They can poison someone with touch, and whisper curses upon other creatures. These creatures were formed from men who fell too far into the darkness. A massive majority of which were contained in the Netherdoom until its opening.

Poltergeist - An entity with the ability to turn invisible and send objects and other creatures flying. They are very wise and merciless beings. Certain ones are skilled in the art of possession.

@mercury Just need to finish the available creature list and the rules, sorry 😊 This is an elaborate RP and it needs a proper explanation.

Shapeshifter - A man who can shift into the form of a beast. They used to be able to shift into any beast they pleased, but his raised up treacherous shifters, causing the elder wizards to bind them only to a single beast.

Dragon - A beast with immense wisdom, power, and size. Usually unconcerned with the matters of man, but hey have split up. Those who wish to aid the Netherdoom, and those who wish to save Aargustol.

Gryphon - A beast with the body of a lion, and the head and wings of a bird of prey. They have power over wind and rain, and can reach blinding speeds in flight.

Djinn - A remorselessness being capable of weaving about the most intricate spells. Feared throughout the land. They had to be hunted down individually by the elder wizards themselves to be sent to the netherworld.

Human - A son of Adam, or a daughter of Eve. These mortals of the most spirited and reckless. Sometimes smart enough to charm the wisest of dragons, pull ancient swords from their stones, and even slaying the mighty Medusa.

Rules:

1. FOLLOW THE FORUM RULES!

2. I control the elder wizards and Tzbokarzuul, don't complain, just deal with it.

3. Drama is cool, just not REAL drama.

4. Keep your language eggcave appropriate.

5. No god-modding.

Weapon(s): He needs no weapons, his mere words strike down all who appose him.
Appearance: About 8 feet tall. Long, pale limbs. His eyes glow a bright red. Matted black hair crawls down to his lower back. His mouth is full of yellowed fangs. A deep black trench-coat and dark black breeches is all that he wears. Black, leathery wings stretch from his back. A jeweled crown sits upon his head.
History: One of the first demons in existence. He gained enough power at a young age to escape the Netherdoom and possess a priest. He used the priest to enter a church, burning it down from the inside. He did many other foul deeds that earned hims a nasty reputation before he was cast back into the Netherdoom. There he grew in power until the portal was opened.

Name: Amdis Swivel
Gender: M
Creature: Young Wizard
Weapon(s): His staff
Appearance: The size of a teenage boy, for he is. Brown hair is straightened down to his shoulders. His eyes are a deep blue/green. He wears black pants, a black shirt, and a long red cloak.
History: He was raised up in a village at the far reaches of Northern Aargustol, there he was trained by his father in the arts of wizardry.

Creature: Witch
Weapon(s): Her broom. It doubles as a wand too.

Appearance😃ahlia is 5'8 with brilliant blue eyes and tan skin. She has blonde hair with dark purple tips that just barely reach her chest, but she has her hair up in a pony tail with only her bangs framing her face totally covering her right eye. She has a few small scars going up and down her arms, and one that's on the side of her right eye. This is why she has the bangs. Dahlia wears a black skirt that comes to mid thigh. She wears a long sleeved dark purple shirt, and a black coat the comes to her knees and ties at the waist. Dahlia has black boots that come up too her knees. She looks normal for a normal teenager witch.

History: She had lived with her mother and two sisters. Dahlia never knew her father, but her sister told her he was a great wizard. Her family taught her everything she knows and then some. She moved out of the village and move to northern Aargustol

Gender: Male
Creature: Human
Weapon(s): A long double edged sword, with a ruby covered handle.
Appearance: A tall fellow standing at 6'5. He would be expected to look lanky, but he has well proportioned muscle. Long earlobe length hair can be found on his head and its a shade of auburn, with light blonde tips. He has obvious Irish blood flowing in his veins as his jawline is strong and well defined but he has pale skin. His eyes are a beautiful light blue color with dark navy blue flecks and around the pupil it's an odd turquoise color. He usually wears black plain v-neck shirt along with skinny jeans and black converse.
History: He'll personally slap you if you ask. Of course, he'll tell you not to ask, but if you ask again, he will not hesitate to slap you. He didn't have the best of childhoods, at all.

Name: Veronica Le Zale
Gender: Female
Creature: Poltergeist
Weapons: Invisibility and objects around her. (I dunno, she's a poltergeist. >.>)
Appearance: When she is not invisible, she looks as if she is a ten year old little girl with long black hair that falls to her knees, pale skin and dull gray eyes. She has a dark, scarlet red dress that falls to her ankles and is puffy at the skirt, with black netting in the inside. The sleeves are long and have black swirls on the ends, and she wears a somewhat tight, but small corset that has the same black swirls as the texture, her dress's collar and the end of her dress bearing the detail too. She wears black fishnet tights and small black slippers.
History: She use to have rich parents and a big family tree, her being the only and spoiled child. When her great grandmother died they dressed her up in her nicest looking clothes and went to the funeral. But when she wanders off into the graveyard alone, she gets kidnapped and the cruel man suffocated her, not wanting to ruin her pretty face. But, when she comes back as what she is now, she tortured him until he breathed his last breath as cruel revenge. She kept on murdering her family members for not keeping an eye on her and letting her be taken, and thus she got sent to the Netherdoom.

Gender: F
Creature: Demon
Weapon(s): A clear crystal blade, that's completely see-through. In the hilt, a large amethyst is encrusted. (It's a sword)

Appearance: A short, innocent looking child (looks about 12 years old) with stick straight, platinum blonde hair going down to her hips. She has creepy violet eyes. She stands at about 4' 2", and has pale white skin. She has bright red lips, and two little fangs instead of incisors. Her build is delicate, but she is much stronger than she looks. She can make large bat-like wings come from her back at anytime, but she usually keeps them hidden, enjoying the fact that she is often mistook for a vampire, when she is a much more powerful creature.

History: Levi was born from the shadows, and became a creature of the night, living in constant shadow. She knows not who her parents are, or even if she has any.

It's either a male necromancer with two demons controlling his mind (Nostromo), a war-raged werewolf female with anger problems (Aizel), a mute black-haired female poltergeist (Vedel) or a clumsy non-practiced wizard (Alekzander). 😋

Tzbokarzuul (Zuul)~

Zuul stared down from his mighty throne he had his minions build near the portal. It was a glorious feeling to behold Aargustol once again. The breeze was cool on his ever searing face, causing steam to flow gently behind him. His used his psychic abilities to communicate with one of his lesser demons. "How is the church raid doing," his raspy voice boomed in the poor thing's head. "Okay, sir."

Amdis~

Amdis looked around in shock as the werewolves poured into his shack. His father was the first to go when one of them shot its clawed hand right through his stomach. Another stabbed his mother with a short sword and then kicked her off onto the hard floor. Amdis picked up his father's staff and cracked the skull of his attacker. He then followed the rest upstairs. "We'll let you go if you jump," one of the werewolves laughed out. His sister was standing in front of the window. "No," Amdis cried out. His sister turned to face the window, her legs tensing as she prepared for the jump. Just before she did, a werewolf thrust a knife into her back and pushed her. They then turned to Amdis.

Dahlia yawned, swinging her feet to the floor. She pulled up her boots and stood up slowly, walking to a broom in a dusty corner. The witch grabbed it and it seemed to shrink, so she could easily hide it in her boot.

A hissing sound came from one of the cabients and she kicked lightly and it stop. The girl rolled her eyes as she took a bottle of swirling dark blue liquid, and put it on one of the shelves.

Full of fury, Amdis struck the ground with the staff. Wisps of fire crawled up the werewolves. They jumped out of the very window his sister was pushed out off. Fall, burning to their doom.

Name: Aizel Kay Tylk
Gender: Female
Creature: Werewolf (rarely uses her animalistic form, hence her lack of control).
Weapon: A pair of Baby Desert Magnum Guns.
Appearance: Height of 5'2, always making her the midget of the group. Athletic build and slightly muscled arms and legs. Tanned skin, matching coal black hair, worn in a shoulder-length bob haircut. Eyes are a striking black color. Sharp features and a nihilistically dull look to her eyes. Clothing consists of mainly black clothes - raggedy jeans, plain top, faded hoodie, once the color of cosmic blue. Two twin Guns are strapped to her hips. One oddicity of her appearance is the deep and thin line from a knife travelling from her right shoulder, down the bicep and ending at her elbow, where five stitches are located. Her left pinky finger is half missing. Wears either a scowl or a scoff as a permanent expression.
Personality (I added it as a section because I don't usually make Aizel without a personality): As far as personality goes, Aizel is described as cruel at best. Constantly living on the edge of life, she's developed a bleak outlook of it, to the point of lacking any visible trace of kindness or mercy. Her dry, sacrastic humour and bash attitude make for one fairly selfish person but she compensates with skills. She has an undying adoration for large weapons and doesn't believe in God or love and hates self-pitying with a passion. Brute force is first in a fight - instead of taking her time to think over anything, she plunges head first into battle (which mplies that her bash attitude parralels into stupidity). However, she hasn't completely lost her human touch - fairly tolerant to people she considers likeable.
History: Born in an average family, father goes to war, never returns. Aizel's mother automatically thinks him dead, succumbing to the consolation of alcohol.
Netherdoom or Aargustol: Neutral.

Veronica had a blank expression as she stepped towards the portal, her dress flowing a bit in the wind and she looked towards Tzbokarzuul, her dull eyes sparking a bit with mischief.
She disappeared and zoomed through the portal, smiling at the destruction the other Netherdoom dwellers caused.

Zuul regarded Levi thoughtfully before speaking. "I have some church business I need taken care off, I trust you know how to infiltrate."

Amdis~

Amdis rushed outside into the cool Autumn breeze. He was shocked to see many of the other residents of the village whom he knew well being murdered by many different creatures. One man was struck by a floating log. Another was drained of his blood. Amdis turned the ran hard, kicking up turf. He had to get to his master's study. The spell to open that place had been his master's dying words to Amdis. He reached it and muttered the spell under his breath. He searched through many old books, heavy with dust and runes. He found a book with the design of closed eyes, a nose, and a mouth. He pulled it open only to find blank pages. He gasped and dropped the book when it yawned. "Pick me up please," the book boomed out. Amdis reached down and picked it up. "Who might you be?" the book questioned. "Amdis." The book's eyes grew wide at the name. "Avory's old apprentice." "How did you know." The book chuckled a little before answering. "I am Gover, a book passed down from many powerful wizards. I've been owned by merchant wizards, evil wizards, good wizards. Some used me by selling my advice for a profit, others to gain intel for wicked deeds, I just go with the flow. Thanks for re-activating my, I sense my bond with Avory is broken, that means I'm yours for the taking."

Levi nodded curtly. "Yes, now, what sort of business are we talking about?" She asked, a bit curious. She stood perfectly still, awaiting any further orders on the 'business' Zuul had been speaking of. If he had nothing else for her to do, Levi would simply infiltrate the church. Probably pretty easy, with the complete chaos being wreaked on the poor town of Aargustol. Levi peeked through the portal, a sickly sweet smile appearing on her lips.

Tzbokarzuul (Zuul)~

Zuul peered down at Levi with his beady red eyes. "I'd like you to infiltrated the church and set on fire from the inside." Zuul returned his gaze to the portal, the swirling vortex of colors reflecting in his eyes. He smacked his pale lips, revealing his crooked fangs. He flexed his wings a little and just sat there, not saying another word.

Amdis~

Amdis considered the book. "How do you work," he finally questioned. The book answered solemnly. "Just ask me a question." Amdis though for a while and asked, "Will the darkness be stopped?" Wind blew around, causing many of the old books and dust to get swept up. Gover's pages were turning rapidly, then Gover closed and opened to his first page. "Will it?" was the answer. Amdis glared hard at the words, but they suddenly disappeared. "What gives," Amdis yelled. Gover chuckled and looked up at him. Gover began to vibrate, sending chills down Amdis' spine. He dropped Gover, who began to distort and shift. Gover became a small purple Djinn. It looked up at him with menacing eyes. "Believed me didn't you?" With that it flew from the room.

Leviathan nodded, and with a short, stiff salute, she turned, stepping through the portal, and into the little town of Aargustol. She smiled at the utter chaos. "Good morning." She said in a sickly sweet tone, before stepping onto the cobblestone pathway, which lead in a straight path towards the church. She looked through a window, and saw some of the poor saps praying relentlessly. "Fools." She hissed, "If only one of you would walk in, I could latch on. Burning this place down would be a snap."
