Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7 For iPad Help

So I just got years 5-7 (didnkt look at the description while buying it XD) and I'm really, really stuck in the first part where Harry is at the playground reading the newspaper and crying when Duddley and his pals come up and tease Harry for crying. Harry jumps off the seesaw and points his wand at one of the boys' throat and I'm stuck at this part.
