This creature is availible in The Cave in spring.

The Fennicad is a species of fox who enjoys hot weather. Their large ears help them to keep cool, and also hear someone coming from MILES away. They enjoy eating small lizards and bugs. They stow away in dens that they dig in the sand, and then come out to play and hunt at night.
