Well, I wouldn't say they are rare because I've seen quite a few, but more uncommon.

CC wise... 1000CC?
I really don't know, it's probably around there though. 😊

Eh, since they're not super popular/rare, I'd say around 750-1000, but I may be wrong. ^^;
