Pokemon Emerald Randomizer ROM

So, I've been trying to download the Pokemon Emerald Randomizer ROM... But when I open the .jar file, a small black box with text opens up, but I can't read the text because it closes in less than half a second 😱 Can anyone help me?

I've tried from several download places, even different ones 😋 I've re-installed java, too.

(Also - I do own pokemon Emerald, I just want to play it with random Pokemon.)
