Warriors or Wolves Roleplay?

Just ping me if you're interested. I'm bored. C: Either is fine, and I'm up for another suggestion too, like people with powers or something. xD I'm in the mood for a roleplay, and I'm not very picky on what we do. (: Semi-lit at a minimum, please.

I am new here, though interested in getting into a RP or two, but it seems everyone is already established, like in on-going ones or have their own groups.

I'd like to get involved, if possible. For suggestions, there's one story I have had on the backburner in actually writing myself, and it's about people with powers, like you mentioned, but ex-god/goddess and they each have a dedicated creature (maybe be it an EC creature, for a twist, instead of any real life/mythological ones) and they have to awaken their Immortal powers, via these creatures (telepathy, dreams, etc) before the world is destroyed by the Four Storms-(As of yet origin unknown ^_~)

@ems aww, thank you ^^ It's kind of based on RPing I used to do IRL with friends back in jr.high, I never got to writing it out as like a book, because of all the friends in and out during the years, and stuff.

But I'm a bit wondering how things would be run in an RP, like, we'd need someone who controls the story events and stuffs, like the D&D Dungeon Master, I might be able to do that.

Let me read up some of the existing RPs and see if I can pick up on how they all work on here.

@ems Ok, well, let me know. I am used to some one-on-one like RFing like, in an old anime chatroom, and for RPing, I was on forums, that had their own separate areas and whatnot and someone always lead the story on, like a DM. Some would RP the baddies and whatnot

@aloriality Here's how it works on EC:

The plot and rules are set up in the first few posts (by the creators of the RP), and forms for characters are posted by people who wanted to join, kind of like this:

Person 1: Plot
Person 2(co-owner of RP, or side account of P1): Rules and form skeleton

Person 3 (someone interested in joining): A form skeleton filled out.

Then person 4, and et cetera.

The forms are similar to this:

Name:
Age:
Gender:
Appearance:
Personality:
Crush:
Other:

With other things added depending on the RP. ^^

Plot twists and other things are created by the role players, and not anyone else. Anything can happen, and sometimes there's too much drama and the creators must intervene, because it hinders the plot. XD

@ems Ok, I get the basic set up.

I just created a side, I'll need one eventually, and I named it the_four_storms, since those in this RP will be fighting the storms, so I thought that would be ok, I mean, there is an obvious bad guy involved, someone's gotta play 'them' and since I know their secrets, thought I would ^_~

But yeah, seems relatively easy and all. I could set up a bit more on actual details like the history, WHY all these people are 'mortal' and maybe jump start with my main about a slight 'awakening' ya know, with my 'creature' and others can follow suit.

Just tossing that idea out there

That sounds like a good plan. 😋 Ugg... Boredom has taken over. ><

Well, people actually use 'history' in the skeleton a lot, especially with RPs that require a bit of knowledge on the characters past. Also, I forgot to mention, each form (filled-out skeleton) must be accepted before the person can start RPing and usually people wait until they have somewhere around 4 people before they start. ^^

yup, I saw the applications and all, which is why I have hesitated to join any current ones, especially on-long-going ones, ya know? I can read through and be all mysterious and enter late in the game, in my own way.

So, you mentioned this would be a fun Idea, How do you wanna start? 😃 and yeah, bored here too lol

@ems what ya mean less than 8? lol I think I might wait until tomorrow, cuz then I can start right when I'm up, and be around for the start when it begins, instead of now when I have no idea if I'll be up for one hour or 4 more hours, I'm random around this time lol

You can post it tomorrow, but you'll be around for the start because--since you're the creator--you have to accept the forms, and we couldn't start without you giving the ok. ^^ So, it might actually be better to post it tonight, because by tomorrow there'll be plenty of forms, and we can start sooner. ;D

@ems ok, lol on the page thing

I actually WAS just thinking that, but i don't know if I want to manage it all completely alone, and you mentioned you wanted to co-create, and I'd love to do it that way. I know the setting and basic ideals on the baddies (which will be developed via how others are RPing) you know the layouts and what's fully needed.

So, I dunno, if you wanna PM me, and we can talk a bit more on things before starting, toss ideas back and forth, I keep looking at the EC time, and think it's real, and it's not even midnight for me yet lol.
