Egg cracking

Ok,, I have been through a lot of pet lists and have looked at the views, clicks, feeds, and even date, but why are some eggs not even evolved? d+Does it really take so long, like years and thousands... to crack an egg here?

@Aloriality No it doesn't O.o You need to sometimes feed other users so they will feed your creature back to make it evolve !

@magenta so is it based on feeding?

And I've been feeding all night, usually random people, cuz I get to see the different species. But some I'd see, like from 2011, and still eggs... O_O I didn't really look at which had which numbers though, so maybe that's what I am missing.

@Aloriality Not all of them are based on feeds ^^ And for the explanation on teh 2011 eggs , some of them are frozen or their owners are alright on how long the eggs would hatch ^^

@magenta yeah, some I don't see as 'has drunk the potion and is frozen' etc... but I duno... I get they don't need to be fed after like lvl 20 or 20k?

But how about the trade thing, I found a few pets I am interested in obtaining... how does that work?

you can get junk eggs? All I know is I found some, I searched them, didn't like the result of how they looked, so I picked another at the cave, and next thing I knew I was out, guess it's not 10 takes, but 10 looks lol,

Yeah well, what I mean is you use THAT instead of an egg you really like. This way, you can trade EC.
