Help me? What should I get?

I am stuck between what Sims 3 expansions I should buy, since I'm running low on money.

Should I buy:

The Sims 3 Supernatural

OR

The Sims 3 University Life when it comes out beginning of March?

I wanna get all the new 2013 expansion games but I really like Supernatural because it look like more things to do for your money.

But then again, I never saw any real gameplay of University Life because its unreleased. I only saw the trailer, not actual real gameplay.

Any ideas? XD

Honestly I would kill to get it but i'm broke ;(

I'd go with University, because it was awesome in Sims 2, I'm sure it'll be awesome in Sims 3. Though supernatural sounds just as great. My next expansion pack will probably be University.
