How much is it worth?

I have a 2011 frozen 1st stage Florn.
I checked piucca's form, and it was an average of 900cc. But since it's frozen in 1st stage would it be worth 1.1k or 1.2k cc?
I'm not too sure about it, and somebody is willing to offer CC for it.

I'd say it's more around 1.5k bc it's frozen and 2011 and all😊
