SUGGESTION - Outbox

I think it would be a good idea if we all had an "Outbox", in which there would be unread messages by the user we sent a PM to.
For example, if I send a PM to person X, the message I sent would be shown in the Outbox, because X didn't read it yet. When X reads it, the message would be deleted from my Outbox.
This way, I would know if X read it or not, even though they didn't reply to it. I find it very rude and disrespectful that some users read, but deliberately do not reply.
