Xantra eyes widened, she had overestimated her enemy. She did not have time to think; instead, her trusty instincts made her leap back, just in time as the column heat slammed into her ally. She growled, forcing her instincts to die down. The cage which she was held in, broke, the purple coils subsiding. She flexed her right arm, then wiggled her left.
"You got some nerve bro," she called admiringly," what else can you do?" She positioned herself in a defensive stance. Her arms were crossed together and her head lowered. The legs bent slightly, ready to take in a massive attack.

Xantra reared back, roaring with fury," How dare this insolent beast strike her ally." She charged forward her claws striking in a rapid fashion. She grew closer, zig zagging to avoid any direct burns.

@taunter Zabb saw Xantra coming at him, he waited until she was close to him. Then, he jabbed her with a Thunder Punch making sure it would knock her back.

Xantra took the blow, but skidded back, digging her claws into the earth. Panting, she regained her foothold, determined to undermine this pokemon. A ghost of a smile touched Xantra and lunged forward once more.

@taunter Zabb wasnt impressed at all he had to at least get Xantra to faint.He took the blow hard, then he used Thunder Punch and ended with Fire Blast.

Xantra had been expecting Zabb's moves. She grasped the underbelly with her claws, lifting Zabb into the air. The thunder punch and Fire Blast were useless, and with a mighty heave threw him in the sky. As he landed on the earth with a thump, Xantra gathered the remaining energy and blasted him with a powerful Earthquake.

@taunter Zabb was stunned, But he wasn't done he flipped up, the flames on his body were blazing. "You wanna play that way huh?" he said. Zabb used Double Team, and in an instant he was up in Xantras face using Fire Blast, then used a move he rarely showed off, Earthquake.

It was truly amazing how powerful fire was. It could be small and heartwarming, or savage, like a wild camerupt. Xantra felt the flames lick the scales protecting her face; they felt like they were melting into a sticky goop, dripping from her face. It was that moment she realized her mistake. She was too weak, to stubborn, and made a fatal decision; she joined the Dark Beasts. One instant can do a lot. Xantra's case was no different. She fell back, her eyes rolling to the far ends of her head, and her massive burned body fell with a echoed thump. Dust was disturbed, causing a small storm to surround Xantra. In the deep end of her subconscious, she felt peaceful.

@taunter Zabb went back to the Evees, then ran. He finally reached his home, an abandoned tiny laboratory. Lots of the stuff still worked like the computers and a force-field lastly automatic locking metal doors the whole lab was fairly strong.He set the Evees down on the lab floor, They, suddenly woke up and asked Zabb who he was and what happened. He told them everything and told them that this could be there new home too, and both Evees agreed.

Tusami followed Zabb's trail. She picked up the scent of Eevee's as well. Scowling she crept silently into the area. Silently she walked up behind the pathetic thing and lept. Vine's whipping from her back she attacked what smelt like Zabb. In an instant she had used Razor Leaf to surround them and had pinned him to the ground.

Xantra was still unconscious. Small, curious wurmples grew close, and one bravel climbing Xantra's exposed belly. The wurmple squealed with triumph, basking in the awe of his friends. It didn't last long. Xantra woke up, burned, but alive. SHe picked up the wurmple and threw it across the forest.

Her head felt fuzzy. She saw silver streaks run around her, disappearing as quickly as they came. She groaned, recoiling as she had gently touched her brunt scales. The pain was like hellfire, it surrounded Xantra's body with no escape. A few charred patches were badly exposed. The adrenaline was still coursing through her, but was beginning to fade. She gently lifted herself up. The wurmples watched curiously, but fearfully as they had seen what happened to their companion. However, one was brave enough to challenge the weakened beast and squirted a stream of silk at Xantra's arm. Xantra didn't move. SHe felt the sticky silk wrap around her arm, making a watertight bandage. She sighed with relief. The wurmple was puzzled, and the rest of his friends joined in the fruitless attempt to weaken Xantra. The silk soon began to accumulate, creating a giant, white mummified Haxorus. Her blades, however, were untouched. She decided to use the rest of the night to find one of her allies, who'd help her heal. She turned to the smell of oran berries.
"Might as well eat," she thought, shrugging painfully.

After five and a half bushes later...

Xantra had used the last half of the bush to make a paste from the oran berries. It would heal her wounds more quickly, and she wanted to track the accursed magmorter. She flinched, remembering the multiple burns he gave her. She had found a nook in a large tree, big enough for her to lay down and rest. She was applying the paste to her scales, the wurmple silk laying in a neat pile ready to be re-used. The paste felt cool and gave a numb feeling.
"Much better," she said relieved," nothing better than good old oran berries." After another layer of paste, she bandaged her body again with the silk. It was tight, and still sticky. Previously, it took a long time to pry the stuff from her scales. She regretted throwing their companion into the unknown forest. A wave of tiredness flooded her mind. She yawned, gently lowering herself onto the rotting leaf pile. Her eyes flitted open, but then shut, listening to the woods nightly lullaby. She gave one giant sigh of relief, drifting off into dreams only Haxorus know.

@taunter When it was morning Zabb yawned and stretched, he was happy to see sunlight. He quickly ran out of his house gathered a variety of different berries and Zabb and the Evees had breakfast. Zabb made sure to turn on the force field before they ate.

Tap. Tap-tip. Tap, tap, tip. Xantra lifted her heavy eyelids. Her vision was slightly blurred, but focused once she blinked a few times. It was morning. The sun had decided, once again, to show it's smiling rays of beauty on the pokemon lands. It's light revealed the healthy green leaves and tough brown bark of the trees. Berries shone, radiating their tempting colors. She groaned slightly, turning away from the light. She curled into a ball, but the tapping noise, which she had thought was some small pokemon trying to peck some food, was actually...
"WAKE UP SLEEPING BEAUTY," a gruff shout rang throughout the hollow," YOUR WASTING TIME." A rough prod in the back mad Xantra shoot straight up, knocking her head on the bark ceiling.
She rubbed her head pitifully, scowling at her intruder.
"Just what do you think your--," she paused as she looked up at her invader. A lean looking Lucario stood in front of the entrance. The lucario had a small scar running down it's left arm and stood tapping its foot.
"Well, look who's finally woken up," it snorted.
Xantra looked fearfully to her side, avoiding his gaze, and speaking in a subordinate tone," what is it Klave?"

Strolling down the river, was not as pleasant as Xantra thought it would be. Klave, the lucario, was a spy for the Warriors. He and Xantra went far back, til the time they were eggs. She looked back wistfully, remembering the golden memories. She snapped back into reality, looking at her blue friend.
"What did you want Klave?" Xantra asked," your not the type to come and say friendly hellos to old companions." Klave snorted, shaking his head, having a slight smile from his grumpy friend.
"Nothing much," he replied, kicking a small pebble into the dark waters," but I've been sent to retrieve info from you." He gazed at her, observing her mummified form. Silently, he knew that Xantra would blast him if he offered any sympathy. He was concerned for her.
"Nothing besides gathering more pokemon. They want evees know, said they got a better soul than others," she grumbled," I don't understand why they keep changing it. Lugia has a fickle mind." Klave nodded in agreement. Xantra looked at him, puzzled," Klave, what else are you not telling me. Usually you'd be asking for food, but your not. What's up?"

@taunter Zabb Left the Evees in the Lab the Metal doors locked and the Evees turned the force field on. He walked in the forest atop the trees and jumped to the ground.

Klave thought, he knew what he would be telling Xantra would be unavoidable and also, he couldn't sweeten it so it Xantra could take it in better. He took a small breath and looked at her red eyes. Her eyes were cold, but he knew deeper, they were burning with fire.
"Xantra," he said slowly, he could see her tilting her head to the side," you're family is dead." Dead. The ice like word shot through Xantra's red heart. She flinched at the news, but refused to show any sign of weakness. She growled, chocking a slight sob,"how. Tell me." Klave explained the dark beasts raided on of the Haxorus settlements, hacking away with ease. The haxorus fought back courageously, but were over flowed with the enemy. Xantra bit back the urge to strike Klave. The Dark Beasts would pay. Altough she was 'allied' with them, she had bided her time as a spy.

Kavel heard a faint thump. His eyes shifted to the left, as he frowned. No one should be here. Xantra cocked her head curiously. "What's wrong," she asked anxiously. Kavel waved his paw," nothing," he muttered," I thought I heard something." Xantra gave a small sigh, but then gave a heated glance at Kavel," No need to scare us." she scowled, but there was something nagging her.
