It's the year 1977, and Voldemort and his followers are steadily gaining influence. In these dark times, even the infamous Marauders struggle to brighten the castle with lighthearted pranks as students take sides and focus on the coming storm. The Wizarding World hangs in the balance during the Marauders' seventh year, and on the brink of the war, old friends become enemies, children become adults, and the united Hogwarts becomes divided. You've read about their fates, join us, and write their stories.-This rp will be slightly different from the usual ones on eggcave. The applications will require writing samples (which will likely be made private) and the players must adhere to common role play practices, including, but not limited to, the prohibition of god-modding, speed-hacking, and Mary Sues/Gary Stus. The application process is different because there will be popular canon characters in addition to original characters (OCs). For canon characters like Remus Lupin, Mary MacDonald, and Narcissa Black, I will release biographies as a guideline for applications. OC applications will require a biography.
