How can an egg hatch? I'm new so I don't know how it is done.

Well depending on how many views/ clicks/ feeds a certain egg needs, once you get enough for that egg, at about 4AM the following day, they will hatch :]

So for example, your featured, purple-grape, needs 75 feeds. After you get 70 more, he'll hatch when the site resets.

Check the archives, and depending on the stats {views/clicks/feeds} they will evolve. Pretty much what @iceymuffin said 😊
