Adoption center

Is there a certain time you can adopt from the adoption center? If not, how will I know to check there?

You're able to adopt anytime of the day or night, but sometimes there's plenty eggs and sometimes there's nothing depends on who's giving their eggs to the center.

There always has to be a minimum of 3 eggs in AC to be able to adopt. That's the reason why there are long periods with no eggs. Like Chloe mentioned, it depends on users, when they give their eggs away.
