evlynn • 26 March 2013 at 6:52 PM
@izzfredAt what level does this need to be reported? As I do have a reason but it may be a bit much for a poster.

@evlynn I"m in fourth grade and My teacher is really strict. Hang on I have some stuff heere.Remember that an effective posterCommunicates a clear message.Has visual impact (uses colour, headings, lettering)Uses large and effective pictures or drawings. Is comepleted neatlyIs Effectively organized. That's what he expects.
evlynn • 26 March 2013 at 6:59 PM
@izzfredAh I may not be of much help then. I was going to go into the cellular aspect of it but one could be that you don't feel pain immediately.Best of luck with your poster though!
hvernon • 26 March 2013 at 7:11 PM
@izzfred Same as evelynn. I'm in middle school and taking high school classes for science. I would have to go through cells.
savynn • 26 March 2013 at 7:29 PM
Unfortunately, I'm not sure. I tried doing a bit of a search but didn't find anything really satisfactory. It could be that I haven't thought of a good combo of words for searching.

rojoqueen • 26 March 2013 at 8:10 PM
@izzfred I am not that smart lol, I don't really memorize things. XD Your teacher doesn't sound very strict. XD Sounds like they just want you to do the work your supposed to do...Besides your only in 4th grade, your life isn't hard yet...
whispers • 26 March 2013 at 8:18 PM
@izzfred I want to help, I'm looking things up right now.Although, I may not be able to get the answer :cAnd I'm surprised your're getting this in fourth grade.. I'm in the eight grade accelerated program (2 grades above level) and we haven't been asked to do this.
linpug • 26 March 2013 at 8:20 PM

Deleted • 26 March 2013 at 8:37 PM
@rojoqueen If someone is more scrict than Mr.Flaig they'd porbably keep you locked in a room al day and feed you bread and water. No jokes xD
rojoqueen • 26 March 2013 at 8:38 PM
@izzfred Lol, your teacher does that?? XD
Deleted • 26 March 2013 at 8:43 PM
@rojoqueen this is our average science classMe: *ten seconds into class I want it to be over*Flaig: Everyone grab a sheet of looseleaf.Everyone: *grabs two because we usually need it*Flaig: *starts a video. Pauses every 15 seconds saying blah blah blah copy this copy that Blah blah has a mechanical advantage and such*Everyone: Bell rings and everyone is about to fall asleep of boredness*My French teacher though, One time I made two small mistakes, and she made me and a few others throw out our cards and start fresh.Mr.Flaig Expects nothing below top level of us. and his assignments are hard.
linpug • 26 March 2013 at 9:01 PM
@izzfred You did say t. I was quoting you directly. =_= Anyways, What do you mean by "feel damage to your eyes as it is occuring" <-incorrect spelling
Deleted • 26 March 2013 at 9:04 PM
@linpug Like, when the sun is damaging your eyes, why can't you feel it?
linpug • 26 March 2013 at 9:12 PM
You can burn out your retina and blind yourself by looking at the sun.The Sun focuses the light onto the back of your eye (the retina) but retina of your eye does not have pain receptors, so you will not even feel the damage. It may not even be unnoticeable till laterR u happeh D:<Wow, your in fourth grade? o.e Eh...
nut • 26 March 2013 at 9:17 PM
@izzfredI was about to say pretty much the same thing as @linpug. I'm a high school freshman.I agree with the others, this is quite a bit advanced for fourth grade...
linpug • 26 March 2013 at 9:19 PM
@nyan I agree. xD
Deleted • 26 March 2013 at 9:58 PM
@lipug very! I will somehow shape It into a did you know question for my poster. Yes I am in fourth grade. I was so desperate That I put up a prize for the first two people to give me an answer. 10,00 EC. Put up a junk egg for trade unless you don't want the EC 😃@nyan this is what happens When you have my science teacher.
rojoqueen • 26 March 2013 at 9:59 PM
@izzfred Um you explained your french teacher not your science one...
linpug • 26 March 2013 at 10:01 PM
@izzfred No thanks, I don't need a prize unless you can spare a cool travel or st patrick day creature. XD
Deleted • 26 March 2013 at 10:02 PM

Glaucoma can cause damage before you know it's occuring. From wikipedia: Glaucoma has been called the "silent thief of sight" because the loss of vision often occurs gradually over a long period of time, and symptoms only occur when the disease is quite advanced.
