Amdis mounted a great black horse and rode off from his home. His father had heard tales of Sumi during his travels. Amdis intended to find the Sumi. He rode and rode until he came across a pub. Noticing someone leave, he followed him/her to the next time.

P.S. Is Skylar a boy or girl. Too lazy to read your form :B

Skylar rode to walked to the next city, aware that someone was following him on a..horse? He saw a couple of cars past, floating on magic.

Skylar sat and meditate, slowly losing himself to his power, to see the future.

Amdis saw the guy stop and start to meditate. He grinned and a malicious flare crossed his eyes. A perfect opportunity to cause some mischief. he concentrated on the ground right next to the boy and snapped his fingers. A flame about the size of a hat spontaneously combusted right beside the boy. Amdis watched intently to see his reaction.

@pirateseaz Skylar quickly jumped and ran, knowing that man was the pyromancer in his vision.

He review what he saw. Fire. A portal. Tumbling rocks, a sea. His village, charred and broken. And half a vision of a girl... The next one.


He ran fast reaching Appocker, trading hub of the east. He slowly transformed into a sparrow, flying onto a roof.
He watch the pyromancer come in 15 mins later, looking slighty amused.

Amdis suddenly felt his mind become clouded. He tried to will out what ever mystical source tried to overcome him, but he was defenseless. Save his fire which he couldn't control very well. He suddenly had the strong urge to go and talk to the boy. He called out "Hey meditation guy, want an apprentice?" He suddenly realized that he hadn't really wanted to say that. A look of rage crossed his face. Mind controller.

He heard the Pyromancer say something about an apprenticeship. He thought it must be a trick. He decided to stay as a sparrow and see how this turned out.


Far away, the Grandmaster sounded the awakening gong.

Amdis looked about for the most effective place for a fire. field of long, dead grass looked perfect. He started his quarter size flame midst the field. It tore open into a large fire, spreading among the dead grass. He giggled and gleefully jumped into the flames.

Rie yawns as he gets up, rubbing sleep from his eyes. Why had he woken up? He feels heat at that is all. Angry blazes in his eyes. "WHAT THE HECK IT GOING ON?!" He storms as he spots a huge fire a little ways off. He is torn between running to the fire and beating up whoever started it, or running for his life in the other direction.

He flew back to the city, and warned the people. "Bring water!" He shouted, "Lots of it!"

Amdis heard it, and he hated it. "Water." It was like the sound of a scratched chalkboard to his ears. His eyes turned a deep orange and his hair flared. Smoked began to pour from the corners of his mouth. Fire was power and he stood in the middle of a field full.

Jackie as asleep, she often drifted off if she wasn't doing something active. She woke up with a start, she'd had a dream, one of the future like she sometimes recieved while asleep. She'd seen a quick flash of feet walking, the sound if voices for a moment, though she couldn't make out any words, then the whinny of a horse, and to finish off she saw a a large shape, it looked like a large animal, a very large one, though what kind she didn't know. She reached her hands up and massaged her temples, she always got massive headaches after vision-dreams like those. She then stood up and walked over to a leather kind book and she began to draw and write all the things she had dreamed of. She kept all her visions in this dream journal as to not forget them, they must be important.

Minutes later she closed the book and stood up, she need fresh air. She stood up and walked outside, stretching any tension she felt in her arms. However, she tripped just as she was walking out and she fell to the ground, only just managing to catch herself before her face hit the ground.

@dv55555 Well he was in fire. Plus it was only a quarter sized fire that he produced, the dry grass did the rest 😉

Amdis fell to the ground in a wet heap. He struggled to stand, but couldn't. Sparks began to erupt everywhere surrounding him, though no fire. Anger swept his once mischievous face. He glared at Skylar.

Rie frowned as he saw Skylar and Amdis. Idiots, messing around, disturbing his sleep, and just making his plain angry. He slammed his fist into a tree. Leaving a huge dent in it, so big, it was surprising that it didn't fall down.

The sun had not taken it's full toll to occupy the sky and everything was still dimly lit by stars. Only the distant horizon, dotten with sunrays, signalled the arrival of day. Not a soul had stirred from it's shelter, only the lively morning birds chirped enthusiastically.
A certain being woke up rather eagerly, jolting out of the tree branch it had previously been sleeping in and darted over the landscape, nonchalantly switching from tree to tree. Similarly to the restless animals, this creature, too, wanted to welcome the arising sun happily... and for a reason.
The far east horizon already drowned in pink and red shades, thin stripes of light peeking from behind the far-away mountains. The other side, the west one, still held an arraay of mesmerizing blinking stars, fading away gradually alongside the bright moon, overshadowed by the sun. In one moment the space above came alive in a wash of psychedelic colors, pink over purple, over red over gentle blue.
Gray eyes watched the scene unfold, their color allowing them to reflect the sky like a mirror image.
She stood on the top of one oak, settled on the very edge of it's highest branch. Despite the threatening bend in the branch, the pale girl remained seated, simply watching, mersmerized.

The moment lasted no longer than a minute. Even the breath-taking view of their land's culminating sun couldn't dull the worry that nestled in her ribcage. Within the matter of seconds she was off, running back to the city in a blurr of brown hues.
As she passed, the unmistakable feeling of dread brushed over her mind, making her less at ease than ever. Alas, she finally spotted who she had been so hecticly looking for.
"Grandmaster! ...They're coming."

In a completely different place and completely different time, a young man lazily cracked an eye open, frowning at the bright sunlight that blinded him for a moment. He was alergict to sunshine, he recalled. No wait, he wasn't...
In a second, he took in his surroundings, finding himself inconveniently sleeping on a bench.
Now the tricky part - find out what city it was and how he'd gotten here. Had he been drunk last night? Probably...

He drew out of his bag a piece of bread and threw it at him. "Enjoy!" he said with a smile on his face. (This kind 😸)
He walked towards the town, expecting the worst.

Amdis stomped the bread to bits and bit his bottom lip. There was nothing he could do against this guy. He was wet and nothing but a minor pyromancer. And as far as pyromancers go, they are next to useless when wet.

Amdis walked gloomily away from his burnt masterpiece. He had hoped it would burn the village. No such luck. He couldn't very well exact his vengeance without being dry either. Then again, he probably couldn't exact any vengeance anyways.

Amdis turned around in a fit of rage and extended his hand. Nothing but a tremendous cloud of smoke emerged and got in Rie's face. Although it wasn't the fire he preferred, he was still pleased to send a cloud of smoke Rie's way.

Lightly confused, Matt grumbled as his head was rammed with more than a dozen voices. He instantly detected chatter from near and far, rubbing his temples as the noise annoyed him.
With a lot of concentration, he narrowed it down to noises from a ten meters radius.
Almost instantly, the sound of angry stomping reached him. Lightly annoyed he turned to locate the source of disturbance, only to find a wet boy angrily stomping on a bread.
Matt's frown was instant. Approaching the youth warily, he raised an eyebrow.
"Woah there tiger. Tone the anger, tone it down." he advised the boy.

Still in denial of their safety, the pale girl vigorously shook her head.
"What if they come? What if they invade our land, the distance is wide and the difficulties are many but they will not last forever..."

Rie sputtered. He blinked his eyes, yet he couldn't see. He coughed. That was the last straw. "WHO do you think you are?!" He coughed. He grabbed a nearby medium sized tree with effort, and threw it at Skylar, hoping it would hit it, and maybe, just maybe he might get a wink of sleep.

Jackie heard a voice, she was guessing it was Tirion's from the sound of it. Jackie pushed herself off the ground and back to her feet and she hurried to where the Grandmaster and Tirion were, "Who's coming?" She asked, her mind immediately thinking about the shoes of people, the fire, and all the other stuff and had dreamed. Had she envisioned whoever was coming. She was sort of slow when it came knowing what was going on in the Tribe so it wasn't hard to believe that she didn't know what was going on.

As she waited for their answer, she looked up at the sky. It was such a bright blue, it was going to be a nice day, thankfully. Today would be a great day for hunting do that's how she planned to spend it. As her kind wandered she managed to come back to attention and was once again looking intently at the two, her eyes very curious.
