W.I.T.C.H Rp remake (A literate Rp.)

Based on a Tv/Book seires.
I originally made this but it died out now I an bringing it back.

Plot:
After Will, Irma, Terrane, Cornelia, and Hay-lin ruled as the guradians of Candracar a new rise of Guardians rise. They will save Candracar from the evil that has risen for so many years after the original guradians dissapeared. The elements of Magic, Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.
Rules
-I know this must sound rude and all but only girls can be guradians.
-No one is to have a Mary-Sue or Gary
-No god modding
-Put Guardians unite in the other section if you have read and under stand the rules
-There can only be five guardians

Looks: Short, spunky-looking girl with long chocolate brown curly hair down to the middle of her back and straight bags that sweep across her right eye, covering it. She's a bit on the scrawny side, and wears a tattered black t-shirt with thin white cargo Bermuda shorts. She has no shoes. Her eyes are a deep green and seem to stare into your soul at times.
Role: Guardian
Element: Fire
Guardian Looks: Same, but wears a deep red frock and has orange and candle yellow wings that almost look like flames.
Other: Guardians unite

Tusami stood up and walked out of her house. She looked around at the sun now setting. She pulled her seater over her shoulders and walked out of her one-story house. She looked around as the people went into their houses. She smiled to herself. 'No one knows what I'm planning.' She thought.

Storm crept silently out of the ally as the sun fell towards the horizon. Nighttime was when Storm could steal, with her sticky fingers and wonderful sneaking skills. She saw an abnormally tall girl smile as she walked, and Storm slipped past her, heading over to the local thrift store to see what she could take. Food, maybe some water... Or a coue luxury items. Storm loved those... Especially the candy.

Tusami saw the girl walk past her. She shook her head with that form and heading into that store all she would catch was a cold. "Hey you." Tusami hissed. "With the face. If you want food and such I would hit up the Maxi-mart just a few blocks away." She called knowing of how it felt to steal. She barley could afford her house but with graphiti so fun she hardly had money to buy food so she still had to steal. She pulled her bag over her shoulder the spray paint rattling. "I'm heading over there already you should tag along, they leave their store unattended all the time after sunset." She said.

Storm looked back at the girl. "How'd you know I was stealing?" She asked, ignoring the offer, for now. Her eyebrows knit together in slight confusion and her eyes narrowed. A complete stranger knew her plans. Was Storm that obvious?

Tusami looked at the girl. "You don't think I used to steal when I wa your age?" She asked. "And plus I just know these things. The offer for letting you tag along to the Maxi-mart still stands if you want to come."

"That doesn't explain anything." Storm grumbled, but began trudging towards the girl. Looking at her bare feet, she saw quite a few angry red blisters. "Some shoes wouldn't hurt..." She murmured to herself, making a mental note to get a pair on shoes as soon as she could. Sure, lots of caluses had formed to protect her feet, but blisters still could form. Besides, Storm always tried to scrounge up some sandals, but they never lasted more than a week.

"Let's go." Tusami said and walked off. Making sure the girl kept up. She stopped when she saw the Maxi-mart. No one was outside or in. Yet like always the lights were on. She smiled and pulled out a bobby pin and an old paperclip. hoved htem in the lock and shook them until something clicked and the doors opened. She walked in and waited for the girl to follow.

Storm slipped quietly into the lighted store. "It's real bright in here... Sure we won't get caught? If the cops find me, it's off to the foster home. So this better be safe." She hissed, looking around for security cameras. Of course. Fortunately for her, Storm had learned how to destroy the footage. She slunk over towards where the camera was hidden in a corner up by the ceiling, and contemplated how to get up there.

Tusami snickered. "That camera died long ago. And even if it did work the footage around me always jsut disapears anyways." She said. "It's really wierd." She added as she walked up next to Storm. "But for safety measures." She said as she pulled out a can of black spray paint, shook it, and sprayed the paint over the lense.

Storm frowned at the girl. "Yes, spraying the camera will in fact blind it, but we need to delete the other footage first. I actually plan on staying in this city for a while. Dumb cops have stuck me in nearly 20 foster homes across the country. I've run away from them all. Now, watch this." Storm leaped up and grabbed the camera, pulling it down as she fell to her feet. Opening it up, she took out the memory card and snapped it in two. "Now, even if they see that the memory card was broken--they won't know who did it." She grinned smugly and dropped the camera. "Let's get to lootin', shall we?" She said as the camera clattered to the floor.

Tusami smiled at the girl. "I like your style girl." She said then walked over to the paint aisle. She opened her bag and started to just dump paint into her bag. Pink, purple, orange, yellow, black, red, blue. All of them. Them she moved on to the to other aisles. She reached the one full of pasta's. She walked over to the macaroni and cheese. Filled some ohter bags with it and wlaked over to the candies.

Storm smiled. "Thanks." She snuck off towards the clothing section, where she found a lot of things she liked--all of them much less tattered and much more clean. She broke into the changing rooms and quickly changed into a new black tee, camo cargo pants, a fresh pair of long white socks and a very nice set of black combat boots--after ripping all the tags off, of course. To top it off, she swiped a black leather jacket (fake leather) and a army green duffle bag. Stuffing the bag with lots of snack foods, she wandered around the isles looking for the other girl.

Storm smirked michieviously. "Thanks. Got me a lot of food too... Lets just hope no one sees--" Storm cut herself off as she saw a man outside the store staring at them. His jaw dropped and he flipped out his cellphone, frantically dialing what only could be the cops. "Time to go!" Storm half-shouted, bolting towards the door. Surely the police wouldn't find her... Right?

Tusami saw the man and in a flash she ran at him. Pushing him to the ground she grabbed the phone. "Ha ha. Wrong number sorry." She said with a fake french accent. Then hurled the phone at the ground. She grabbed the man nad pushed him up against the wall. "You did'nt see anything. Got it?" She snarled her eyes glowing a stragne orangish color.

Storm stared at the girl as her eyes glowed. "Woah..." She breathed. She watched the man squirm under her, and he young girl knew that he wanted to shout for help, but didn't dare. "Hey... Girlie? Your eyes are glowing." She said. "And the cops are going to be checking the place out soon, so we'd best be on our merry little way." She stared daggers at the man. "You didn't see me. If you tell the cops; I go to the foster home. So you'd do best to keep your trap shut; I don't forget faces." She threatened.

@ems no just her eyes are glowing she has the Heart of Candracar inside her all the time it just tends to turn her eyes upon emotion. Their powers will come very soon though. Granted you reply before have to get off.

Tusami shook her head. "What?" She asked turly dumbfounded. "My eyes were what?" She asked before rubbing just over her heart. Then she grabbed her bag and just for safety measures glared at the man one last time her eyes flickering with small orange flames. "Remember that for the next time." She snarled. Then stalked out leaving the man there. She turned to the girl. "You need a palce to crash for the night?" She asked.

Tusami nodded. "My name's Tusami. And before you ask not like the evil tital wave that destroy's the coasts. Like that but different. My mother told me I would prosper to great things when I grew up but I'm not sure if that will ever happen." She said. "What's your name?" She asked. "And about that whole glowing eye thing I have no clue what happened then. People usually say when my eyes glow I get very angry and irrational." She said walking up to her house and unlocking the door. "Come on in." She said gesturing to the door.

"I'm Storm. Thanks for letting me hang here... Means a lot." Storm smiled lightly, unsure about how to respond to the eyes thing. Tired suddenly, her eyes closed until they were half-lidded, and she stumbled into the house, too sleepy to take in her surroundings. A night of excitement and looting always left her tired. Plus, it had to be much later than 10pm at this point.

Tusami guided Storm to a couch. "For now you can sleep here. I must warn you though there is a cat around here somewhere that tends to sit on anyone who sleeps on the couch so beware." She siad before walking to the hallway and just hitting the floor in the center of the walkway, passed out.

Storm nodded lazily and plopped onto the couch fully-clothed. Instantly her eyes closed, and Storm drifted off into dreams of family and comfort.

Tusami woke up to see a white hall decorated with banners and rugs. She looked around to see Storm and a few other girls she did'nt quite know. Then a voice spoke. "You fiv have been selected as the new guradians of Candracar. Great times have fallen upon this kingdom. A great enemy has risen and hreatns our peaceful kingdom. You four have been chosen because you all have a special bond with the four elements. Water, Fire, Earth, and Air." He said.
"Then why are there five of us?" I ask bluntly.
"Would you just shut up and listen." The man snapped.

Storm frowned at the man as he snapped at Tusami. "I don't care how many of us there are, but could you please tell me why you're interrupting my sleep for this?!" She demanded, glaring. "Of all times you could do this..." SHe snarled, letting the thought hang. "If you don't mind me, I'll be leaving so I can actually get some much needed rest!" She stood, brushing herself off before stalking towards... Well... Nowhere. Grumbling, she soon realized she saw no exit. "Peachy. Alright, stupid, mysterious, angry man, get me outta here." She said with a snippity, irked tone.

"In due time my friends. First this." The voice spoke. Then around each girl except Tusami a wave of each element covered them eachone depicting a different element: Fire, air, water, and Earth. Tusami jumped back only to be surrounded in a cone of orange light. She screamed but no one could hear over the crackling sound of the light.
