I went to asteroid, and clicked middle one, then it said i already tried today! I checked my cove but no asteroid creature!

i using my old mouse, it really old and clcks once, then clicks, then pops up
cant really double click with this thing XD

You can only try once per day with the Asteroid. Also, if you have any siblings that use Egg Cave, you can only try once per IP address (internet connection) - so if your sibling tries, you can't try. Unless you have a dynamic IP address. 😉

I do not think that the IP address has any effect on trying to steal from the Asteroid though.

Nope no more problems.....
I just wonder about that one glitch.....
That has only happened twice in my life (me getting an asteroid creature.)

It isnt a glitch. You might have opened two tabs, and already done your try, and forgot about it and attempted on the tab which was open, and had the selection.

My sister got an asteroid creature once. She told that it took time to load, then she was redirected to the selection screen, where she selected again, and it wrote that you have already tried to steal a creature from the asteroid, She went, and after two days, she realized that she had the Paret in her cove.

Or you might have double-clicked.

But in no circumstance does the asteroid decline creatures. I know some people who might pretend to get one 😋 As once, someone else popped up and told that they bought CC for an Oscoa, but they infact didnt buy CC at all. [way back in Oct 2012]

Hi there!

We've looked into this issue and haven't found any problems with the Asteroid. You may have accidentally double-clicked the button, sending two "tries" or "attempts" through. Thus, the result is a page telling you that you've already used your tries.

Be sure not to double-click these buttons! Wait for the page to go through.
