I can't think of anything else that might be able to fix the problem. >.<

Just wondering when you get it wrong to you press the back button in the top left hand corner or click "try again" on the page?

Hm... This won't but do you have an iPad or tablet which you can try to but travels on? You can try it on another device to see if it works. If it does then if might help Ian narrow down the problem and determine how to fix it.
