Travel Agency: Haggling Option

I have a really slow computer system and most of the time when I spot great travels from the TC, they end up getting out of stock real fast T_T. So I am suggesting a haggling option in the TC. This would really be helpful to people who have slow PCs like mine 😊

With this, the users will be given the option to haggle or not (to decrease the price or pay exact). If the user does not wish to haggle, all he/she needs to do is to confirm it [probably through an alert box?], I prefer not having CAPTCHA.

I don't know if this has been suggested already by someone or not but I hope ya'll like this idea~ 😃

I think the new system that's already in place is suppose to help those who have slow PCs.
And to give all users a fair chance of getting the travel.
I'm not sure.

I don't think a haggle option would really help at all, because if they still have the option to just confirm it and buy it anyway, then there would be no need to have the haggling option in the first place.
