Feed reset time?

Do feeds reset every 24 hours or at a specific time? If I feed a creature at 10pm, when can I feed it again?

The feeds reset at 12AM/Midnight ECT.

I did look in the FAQ... only specific time I found was that views are updated at 3am ECT.... feeds and clicks didn't say, so the logical assumption would have been that they reset at the same time...

If feeds reset at midnight, what about clicks? And if that's the case Egg Cavern should reset at midnight instead of 3... I clicked some critters that I couldn't feed which wastes their credits...

Views update at 3am.
Clicks&Feeds; reset at midnight. At least it used to and I haven't seen an update stating otherwise.
Egg Cavern isn't connected to Egg Cave.
While yes, Meteoroid did create it and runs it and has permission to do so, they still technically aren't connected.
