Story Show and *mostly* Tell

Well, here you can share a short story or two! It can be anything! Ghost story, fable, legend, fiction, anything!

I don't see why this would break any rules... but.. I hope it doesn't. o.e Well, here I go.

Prolouge

The moon was a silver orb, radiant in the ink black sky. It was the pegasus’s only source of light. She ran through the forest, finally pausing at a door. She slammed her hoof on the door bell, placed a basket with its contents concealed by a blanket, and sped away.
The doorbell was on a house, of course, and the house belonged to Estrella, a unicorn. She opened the door cautiously, and picked up the basket. She curiously peered underneath the blanket.
She saw a foal, and not just any foal-a winged unicorn foal.
She, Estrella Luzelinzi, was unsure of the foal’s name.
So she glanced under the blanket again for a clue. Inside, along with the foal and the blanket, was a small slip of paper.
Her name is Kehia Zephyr Mistral.
Take care of her.

The writer must’ve been in a hurry, Estrella thought.
The writing was sloppy-ish and slightly hard to read.
She-the winged unicorn foal- was named Kehia Zephyr Mistral.
I wonder who “I†is. Estrella pondered.
She smiled and held the foal in her hooves.
I will take care of you, little one, she thought as a breeze ruffled her hair.
